We carefully package every order, especially our glass products, to help ensure they arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us

·       Photos of the packaging and shipping box

We’ll review your request and work with you to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are small-batch or made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or simply not liking the item.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
